DynamoDB Local Support

Until now, working with local DynamoDB tables in Dynomate meant running LocalStack. That works, but it's more than you need when you just want a local DynamoDB instance.

We've added direct support for DynamoDB Local — Docker container or standalone JAR, just point Dynomate at your local endpoint and you're connected. Full query experience, filters, everything works just like it does against AWS.
